The metro-morphed design is drawn from its Melbourne, China Town, origins. The grey washed brick and exposed cinderblock add to the urban atmosphere. All the while, timber and purposefully placed lighting ground the entire ensemble. The high ceilings and greenery compliment the natural inner-city look. Like a rich broth, China Bar has all the right ingredients for a well-balanced and deeply immersive tasting environment.
